Located 20 Minutes South-East of the airport, this classic Spanish-styled home is large and spacious and surrounded by the friendliest Mexican neighbors in all of Puerto Vallarta! Three king size bedrooms with large built-in cupboards, three full bathrooms. Ideal for three retired snowbird couples and/or friends to share for an extended period while also providing privacy. Full laundry with washer and dryer. All water supply to the house is filtered and purified - so no need for additional drinking water purchases. Instantly hot showers with excellent pressure. Gourmet kitchen fully equipped with 6 burner stove/oven, extractor fan and microwave. Fridge/freezer with (purified) ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, Vitamix blender, electric juicer (for bottomless Margaritas). Built on three levels with an outdoor kitchen (basin, counter, fridge/freezer/built-in charcoal BBQ) on the roof terrace - the view overlooks the neighbourhood and Sierra Madre mountains. The roof garden features a living and dining area with ceiling fans, ideal for lazing or entertaining. Beautifully decorated throughout with high-end finishes. Available from 1 December 2023 to 31 May 2024 - slight variations on this period could be accomodated to suit your travel plans. Minimum rental period of 6 weeks - but we would prefer longer rentals during high season. 15000 Pesos per week (approx US$295 per couple if cost is shared between 3 couples, at current exchange rate) - includes water (filtered), gas, electricity, wi-fi and pool service - see details below for short term/low season rates.
